Reaching out for support is the first step to an integrative journey we can travel together. Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, taxing, and exhausting finding a balance. I admire your courage in finding yourself here. I am delighted to explore this path with you with care, curiosity, and compassion, holding the lantern as we navigate the road ahead. I am confident we will co-create a reality that allows you to thrive.
I completed my undergraduate degree in Art Therapy and Religious Studies from Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA and have received a dual master’s in Art Therapy and Counseling from Southwestern College in Santa Fe, NM. I am currently working towards my Art Therapy and Counseling licensures. I look forward to walking with you on your journey towards wellness, recovery, and health.
I take a Holistic approach when working with clients, working to balance the mind, body, and spirit to find a harmony. Using a strength-based and person-centered approach, I weave Art Therapy into my practice to create a transformational quality in my work. My work ranges from skill building using DBT, CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness practices to alternative healing modalities. I also utilize Gestalt therapy, Ecotherapy, and Jungian approaches, working in a collaborative nature to align you to your highest self. I work diligently to find which modality works best for you, creating a safe space for trauma/emotional processing, LGBTQIA+ inclusion, with experience in multicultural and diversity sensitivities.
What is Art Therapy?
Art Therapy is a method of therapy that I have witnessed as a wonderful tool to find insight into the self and situations. It creates a way of processing by externalizing the internal landscape. The use of art-based metaphor can create windows into healing, processing, and expressing the self beyond traditional therapy. We will explore a variety of medias and directives, each tailored to our goals working together. You do not need to be an artist or have any background in working with art media to try Art Therapy! The beauty of Art Therapy is not about the product, but the process of exploration of self through artistic expression.
A few highlights I have background in working with:
- anxiety
- depression
- trauma
- eating disorders
- self-esteem/self-worth
- body image
- coping/regulation skills
- life transitions
- stress/time management
- teenagers, young adults, & adults
In our time together, I work to:
- create a safe, collaborative space working together as a team
- find balance in your relationships to others, with yourself, health, and body
- guiding your understanding of your mental and emotional spaces
- realign with your spirit
Connect with me to begin working towards your goals and discovering the transformational qualities of Art Therapy and Counseling. I work out of the Chagrin Falls office as well as virtual Teletherapy.
Kaleigh Trowbridge
LPCC
Kaleigh believes that everyone can benefit from therapy and should try it at least once in their life. The reasons behind starting therapy can be life-altering circumstances or periods of uneasy feelings. She believes that many people come into therapy with one thing to work through, and end up leaving with more total clarity about themselves and the interactions around them. Life is complicated and everyone can use a little support at times, and that’s why we're here.
As a Licensed Professional Therapist, her goal is to provide a safe space to support growth, transparency and change. Everyone has different viewpoints, backgrounds and experiences that make us unique in our way of processing, thinking, and feeling. Therefore, Kaleigh pulls techniques from several theoretical orientations, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Person-Centered. She works from an integrated holistic approach, believing that our physical, mental, and emotional well-being is all connected.
Kaleigh has experience working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, adjustment and behavioral disorders. She has experience working with children, teenagers, and adults from ages 21-72. Kaleigh Trowbridge is a licensed clinical counselor, who earned her degree in Clinical Mental Health and Counseling from Cleveland State University, and a Bachelors in Education with a minor in Psychology from Grove City College.

Life can be hard. There are roadblocks, speedbumps, and detours. And sometimes we need someone to not just listen, but to really hear us.
I would be honored to walk alongside you on this leg of your journey. My approach is strength-based, and solution-focused to help you navigate through the difficult and challenging times. We will develop a tailored plan together to achieve your goals. We will draw on your strengths to navigate through the challenge.

Scott is a licensed Professional counselor in the State of Ohio. My goal as a counselor is to create an empathetic, open-minded, and supportive space to uncover a client’s natural strengths and resilience. We have all used various strategies to keep ourselves physically and emotionally safe. While these served a useful purpose at one time they can often become habitual and limit how we relate to ourselves and others. Having someone to work with can be very helpful in identifying patterns that no longer serve you. We will work together to see what mental and emotional models you use to navigate life and how you can grow your life in the direction you want and your true potential. I am oriented toward experiential mind-body modalities drawing from Internal Family Systems, Coherence Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness. Mindfulness is a skill and we can learn to apply these skills when needed and shift habitual responses and moods. There is a well-known study that concluded: “a wandering mind is an unhappy mind.” The ability to be present and immersed in what I am doing is underappreciated and takes practice. There is more going on at any moment than we realize and when we begin to explore this it creates new possibilities.
Modern therapy has a much bigger menu to draw from to achieve well-being. These include nutrition, exercise, meditation, breathwork, neuroscience, social connection, nature, and therapies that are better at revealing our core emotional beliefs about myself and the world.
Areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, stress reduction, performance training, and relationship issues. I work mainly with adults and couples in Cleveland Hts. and Mentor.
Caitlin O'Connor
I received my Master’s in Social Work from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania specializing in trauma. I have worked with survivors of violent crime at Cleveland Rape Crisis Center and have experience with individuals, groups, adults, and teenagers. I have over 5 years of experience working in the field of reproductive healthcare and abortion counseling. I specialize in working with women and non-binary people ages 16+ but am open and able to partner with clients from all walks of life if it is the right fit.
My approach to our therapeutic relationship starts by recognizing our shared humanity. I strive to remove the power imbalance that is often felt when working with a therapist and work in collaboration with you. I use an approach that is person centered, trauma responsive, client led, and focused on self-compassion. My clinical approach is an eclectic makeup of trauma responsive CBT, DBT, ACT, and psychodynamic talk therapy. You will be met with no judgement and unconditional positive regard.
Some of my areas of treatment include trauma; anxiety disorders; depression; domestic and sexual abuse; OCD; Borderline Personality Disorder; harm reduction for substance use; pre and post abortion counseling; gender identity and sexuality; eating disorders; and body dysmorphia.

“Being human is hard. I help my clients find the flexibility to make the changes they are looking for.” – M. A. Miller
You’ve found yourself grappling with pain and suffering, indecision and uncertainty. You know you want to make changes, yet you’re not sure how.
In our work together you will come to understand what triggers your struggles. We will look at the patterns in your life to identify what you do that works well. And we’ll uncover what may be leftover habits that were once very functional, even lifesaving, but are no longer serving you and are keeping you stuck. We’ll find those patterns together and will explore new ways of being and doing so you can be free of old habits and patterns, so you can step into the rest of your life being the person you were born to be.
I have experience helping people facing depression, anxiety, trauma, childhood abuse and neglect, sexual assault and abuse, substance and behavioral addiction concerns, relationships, career transitions, chronic health concerns, and questions of meaning and purpose.
I use a combination of acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, somatic methods, solution focused therapy, and person-centered approaches. My work is trauma-informed and focused on my clients’ overall wellness.
I am a licensed professional counselor in the State of Ohio with a master’s in clinical mental health counseling. In addition to my counseling career, my work in the sciences, medicine, engineering, and business provides me with first-hand experience with many of the challenges you face in your life.

Outside of sessions, I enjoy being outside, exploring new cities, reading, and playing with my perfect dog.

Therapy gives one the gift of introspection and direction. It gives the opportunity to say, "Stop, where am I heading?". I find the process incredible as I support my clients in reaching the heights that once seemed so far and unattainable to themselves. The transformation is life-changing. The perseverance, resilience, and determination brought forth throughout the therapy process gives one the strength and confidence to propel only further.
I have a creative and approachable personality that allows me to connect to clients of a variety of backgrounds, ages, and stages. I specifically appreciate art and play and the way it brings out the creativity in my clients. I am always open to learning more as a therapist, yet I feel that I can learn most of my clients themselves. I am inspired by their strength and courage for reaching out to allow themselves to become the best they can be.
I am a licensed professional counselor and graduated with a Masters of Science in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University. I have worked with clients in both clinical and school settings. I am currently taking clients for virtual sessions. I look forward to partnering with you in gifting yourself.

The journey of understanding who we really are and who we are meant to be can feel daunting. Yet it is where we will experience the depths of joy and beauty that life has to offer. As a counselor, I am empathetic, present and attuned to who you are. Sometimes it may mean sifting through painful experiences when you have been hurt, experienced trauma or not been able to truly grieve. In the therapeutic relationship we will work to explore those experiences together.
I utilize an unique approach of mindfulness, sensorimotor psychotherapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy to help you feel more connected to your body and feel more empowered. And, then the focus of our work will be about who you are meant to be. I have worked with individuals facing a variety of challenges including PTSD, complex trauma, attachment and relational issues, life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, and adoption. I work with adults, couples, children ages 9 and up, and families. I have two master's degrees, including one in Mental Health Clinical Counseling from John Carroll University.
I am currently accepting new clients at Cleveland Heights and virtually. You may reach me at lauramorello.mindfulness@gmail.com or (216) 772-3715. I look forward to starting our connection.

Therapy is most effective when the therapist and client work together to build a supportive and trusting partnership. I work with individuals and couples eager to uncover the hidden layers of their inner world—the blind spots inside all of us that keep us stuck and hold old patterns in place. I collaborate with clients to bring awareness to their ability to change and help them rediscover their strengths and integrate them into their daily lives. Together, we work to open up vast potential and create space for new ways of feeling and being to emerge.
I approach therapy through a body-mind lens because I believe that our physical and emotional experiences are deeply interconnected. By examining the environments, families, and belief systems in which we were raised, we gain an understanding of how conditioning shapes our responses, our relationships, and our present and future sense of self. This process is both grounding and liberating, and it opens doors to exciting new possibilities.
I specialize in helping clients with anxiety, mood disorders, chronic pain, addiction, grief, and trauma. I also work with couples and families navigating life changes and the challenges inherent to intimate relationships. My approach is predicated on meeting clients at the level of their emotional experience and shaping our sessions to address their unique needs. I employ emotion-focused therapies, as well as cognitive, psychodynamic, shame-sensitive, somatic, attachment-based, and trauma-informed methodologies. Most of all, I emphasize self-reflection and vulnerability as pathways to personal growth.
I am currently accepting new clients at the Cleveland Heights and Lakewood offices. I also offer virtual appointments. You may email me at allisonlinamen.mindfulness@gmail.com, or by phone at (216) 452-2950.

Feeling frozen or overwhelmed, and it’s getting more difficult to ‘push through’ every day? Have you been feeling less connected to others in your life? I’ve worked with many people who are looking to make change, find motivation, and explore ways to reconnect with who they are. I have helped people suffering from anxiety, depression, and trauma who believe they aren’t enough, or have been putting their energy into helping others for so long, they aren’t sure of who they are now. And I have worked with those looking to discover their full sense of self, understand who they are, and discover what’s valuable and meaningful in their lives.
I offer a non-judgmental, safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings, process emotions, identify your values, and work towards what’s really important to you. I use a multifaceted approach of DBT, CBT, ACT, person-centered therapies, and art therapy. I can help you create change and see how fear might block you from moving towards focusing on your needs.
Please contact me for a free consult or to schedule an appointment to explore what changes you'd like to make in your life, identify what's important to you, and develop a sense of empowerment and deeper meaning in your life.
